1. Returns (Wapsi)
- Aapke paas product milne ke baad 2 se 3 din ka waqt hota hai return request bhejne ke liye.
- Return hone wala item unopened (band), unused (ghair-istemaal shuda), aur original packaging mein hona chahiye.
- Hygiene aur safety ki wajah se, agar shampoo, conditioner, ya hair oil ki seal khul gayi ho ya product istemaal ho chuka ho, toh wo return nahi kiya ja sakay ga.
2. Refunds (Raqam ki Wapsi)
- Jab humein aapka return mil jaye ga aur uski inspection mukammal ho jaye gi, toh hum aapko email ke zariye notify karenge.
- Agar aapka return approve ho jata hai, toh refund ki raqam aapke original payment method ya bank account par 5-10 working days mein bhej di jaye gi.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
- Agar aapko raste mein toota hua (damaged) ya galat product mila hai, toh baraye meherbani 48 ghanton ke andar humein email karen.
- Aisi surat mein hum bina kisi extra charges ke aapka product replace kar denge.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping ke charges customer ko ada karne honge (agar product sahi halat mein bheja gaya tha lekin aapko pasand nahi aaya).
